Review: Orkus Magazine 03/2003 Everybody knows that eating is also a feast for the eye and with the photo folder Devotes Blut there is something to savour that can also be read. The models Anja and Isabel present a sexual fantasy in seven series with the same amount of lyrical text by Christian von Aster. In PVC and net, with tattoos, piercings and other insignia, tied up and with a razor blade there is a very intimate relationship between master and slave and the observer that is into S/M can participate with great relish. The look of the protagonists changes for further tension - or because they are told to by the artist - in a provocative fashion in the direction of the camera. This erotic production that feats the fantasy tastes bittersweet like the nature of sadomasochism and comes alive with the contrast between tenderness and cruel lust. Arne Jahn's original black and white photos (not prints!) in 18 x 24 centimeters and the accompanying poems limited to 250 pieces are very suitable as precious presents for a partner.
